"Very rude and unpleasant staff. I booked my car service on warranty - they refuse to speak English "we are in Germany", did not do what was asked of them and generally the experience was terrible. I asked them to remove both rear tyres from the rims because there is vibration, and they did not do it. They said it's going to cost €200-300 JUST TO CHECK - THIS IS WARRANTY ITEM. Will never go back there again and also I would strongly advise anyone not to give them any business."
"I called this service 3 times on 6 of September 2021 and the first time when I politely asked in German if we could speak English, the employee hung up the phone right away. So I called back and used my broken German. The same man first replied in Geman and then all of a sudden started speaking perfect English... He arranged other employee to call me back, but as no one called in the end, I had to call them once again. It was him who picked up the phone, but as soon as he heard me speaking English, he hung up the phone again... Is it a company's policy not to attend English-speaking clients or is it this particular employee's initiative? Unfortunately, I had to turn to other Hyundai dealer."
